Job Description
We are a dynamic company seeking a dedicated and organized receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service, competent with computers, and enjoys a variety of tasks and challenges. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Prepare and provide quotes to clients. invoicing and receiving payments Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and organizing documents. Assist with basic social media management and posting content. Taking pictures of finished products and uploading them to the website and database. Complete general computer tasks, such as data entry and email correspondence.
