About the role: Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a positive impact in a vibrant and creative school environment? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join our team in Colindale, London. In this role, you will work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting both students and teachers by delivering engaging lessons, providing high-quality learning support, and nurturing children’s love of learning. You will also have opportunities to lead small group work and cover classes where needed. This is a full-time, long-term position, perfect for someone with previous experience as an HLTA who is keen to develop further in a warm, inclusive school that values creativity and lifelong learning.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working across KS1 and KS2 in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons in KS1 and KS2.
• Lead small groups and deliver interventions to support students who may need additional help.
• Cover classes when needed, ensuring lessons are engaging and productive.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to the teaching staff.
• Encourage a positive learning environment that inspires students to reach their full potential.
