About the role:
As our KS1 Teacher, you will play an instrumental role in nurturing our young learners. This is a full-time, long-term position designed for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and ready to lead an engaging curriculum that supports both academic and personal growth. With small class sizes and a focus on individual learning needs, you’ll have the opportunity to form meaningful connections with each child, helping to build their confidence and curiosity. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at the KS1 level.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for primary education.
• Ability to create a positive learning atmosphere and inspire young students.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with other teaching staff.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver an engaging and innovative curriculum tailored to KS1 students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child’s needs are met holistically.
