Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to support our students through targeted interventions and small group booster sessions. Working part-time, you’ll be directly involved in helping our KS2 students build their confidence and make measurable progress, particularly those with Special Educational Needs.
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for education who is skilled in working with children at varying academic levels. Your support will be invaluable in both one-on-one and group settings, creating a meaningful impact on each child’s learning journey.
Application Requirements:
• Experience supporting children in a classroom environment, ideally within Key Stage 2.
• Familiarity with booster and intervention strategies for core subjects (Maths, English, etc.).
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude to encourage students with varied learning needs.
• Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
• DBS check required (or willingness to undergo one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and leading booster sessions and targeted interventions for KS2 students.
• Support SEN students by adapting learning activities to suit individual needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel encouraged and capable.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCo to implement and review learning strategies.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to help tailor future support.
