Job Description
Conrad Consulting are delighted to be presenting this Office Administrator role, for an up & coming Architectural practice based near Stratford upon Avon, West Midlands.
The practice have been steadily growing since their inception just over 4 years ago, and are now in a position where they require an Office Administrator to take over the day to day admin operations within the practice, to free up the Directors to focus on continuing the growth of the business.
Office Administrator responsibilites & requirements:
Ensure the studio is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Manage correspondence and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual.
QuickBooks/bookkeeping experience is essential for this position.
Social Media experience is also a must, as you will be managing the companiy's Linkedin & Instragram platforsm creating and scheduling posts.
Welcome clients and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
Track project processes using project management tools and provide updates to the management team.
Ensure smooth studio operations, including scheduling key meetings and taking meeting minutes.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
Manage office supplies, equipment and maintenance.
Assist with studio meetings, reviews, and other key meetings.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the directors and associates.A salary in the region of £24,000-£27,000 will be offered, alongside flexible/hybrid working and a benefits package. Part time positions may also potentially be offered.
