Head of Marketing Communications

Head of Marketing & Communications – leading a small team in ambitious boutique law firm. Hybrid working.

This boutique law firm is going through a really exciting period of growth and change. Under new leadership the marketing and business development function is growing and delivering a more sophisticated approach to the business. It also boasts a friendly, supportive and ethical culture.

In this Head of Marketing & Communications you will work closely with the Head of Business Development to ensure a more seamless and integrated approach to marketing and BD. This is a varied role working across a variety of different sectors and practice groups, both B2B and B2C.You will head up a small team working across the full marketing mix.

On a day to day basis the role will involve:

• Developing the firm’s brand, key messaging and value propositions;
• Managing the firm’s PR agency;
• Developing firm-wide and cross-practice thought leadership campaigns;
• Overseeing the development and content of the firm’s website;
• Overhauling the firm’s social media, video content and digital campaigns;
• Leading and developing a small team.

You will be a highly commercial and business development focused marketer with a proven track record in a leadership role within a major law firm or accounting firm. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is a Head of Marketing looking for a new challenge or a Senior Marketing Manager with a varied skillset to take the next step.
