About the Role

We are seeking individuals who are truly passionate about content creation on YouTube, driven by a deep knowledge of the industry. We are seeking a skilled junior editor to support us on our Youtube videos, social output and to join our exceptionally talented team and assist in taking our content to the next level!

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Working with edit team, setting up and creating organised edits and improving our workflow.
• Taking on independent projects.
• Crafting compelling storylines, and transforming them into extraordinary YouTube videos using Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Offline editing for our long-form videos.
• Edit content for our social platforms.
• Understanding on viewer retention and audiences.
• Helping generate fresh concepts.

Essential Skills:

• Experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experienced with Adobe After Effects.
• Great communication skills to ensure smooth project operations.
• Able to develop engaging storylines.
• Experience within YouTube Content Creation.
• Skilled with pacing, sound, and grading.

Location: This full-time position is located at our London offices, and candidates must either be based in London or have the ability to commute to the office.

Salary: £27,000
