Tickboxer is a growing business support service that works with small businesses and entrepreneurs to support their everyday needs. Right now, we're on the lookout for talented Freelance Social Media Pros to join our team and bring some social media magic to our clients. We’re after two types of freelancers:

• Freelance Content Creators: If you're great at capturing brand stories through high-quality visuals, this is for you. You’ll be shooting and editing content, bringing strong skills in photography, videography, and editing to capture that “just right” moment.
• Freelance Social Media Managers: If you’re an expert in managing social media accounts, this could be the perfect fit! You’ll be responsible for the full scope of social media management – from writing engaging captions to scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics to ensure each post hits the mark.

What you’ll be doing

As a Freelance Content Creator:

• Creating high-quality, scroll-stopping visual content that feels right at home on our clients' feeds.
• Full ownership of content production from capturing to editing – ensuring every visual captures the brand’s essence.

As a Freelance Social Media Manager:

• Posting content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and beyond.
• Managing multiple clients' social media accounts: from scheduling posts to chatting with followers and keeping an eye on those all-important metrics.
• Diving into analytics to track how campaigns are doing and coming up with ideas for improvement.
• Working closely with our clients to understand their goals and deliver content that feels authentically “them.”

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator and/or Social Media Manager (ideally with a portfolio that makes us go “wow!”).
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to create engaging, on-brand content – from snappy copy to eye-catching visuals.
• Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients like a pro.
• A self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting deadlines.
