Caiger and Co is the luxury brand in the group and we are looking for a new Event Planner to join the team. Salary Bracket £32-37,00 PA Dependant on Experience

Location: Caiger HQ, Battersea, London


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner at The Fendale Group located in London. You will be joining a young and energetic team, focused on growth, amazing customer service and fabulous events.


The Event Planner will be responsible for communication with new & existing clients, working closely with our Head Chef & kitchen team, as well as other operational staff to deliver flawless execution of events. This will include working within our current systems to maintain efficiency and financial oversight. You should be comfortable with budgeting and quoting for events.


The Event Planner would work under our experienced Head of Events and alongside our Head of Sales, to drive future business and maintain our current relationships. The planner would also be working closely with our Head Chef to create bespoke menus and experiences tailored towards our clients. We run a variety of small and large scale events so the right candidate would need to be comfortable with both as well as liaising with high net worth clients.


We are looking for someone with a flair for creativity, able to create mood boards and do event styling. Experience using design softwares such as canva and indesign is preferable.


We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and who will not be phased by dealing with VIP clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Event Planning & Execution:

  • Liaising with clients to plan and create events of all size.
  • In charge of planning, event effectively from initial enquiry through to the feedback stage of the process.
  • Proficient at budgeting, revising and amending quotes at the client’s requests to meet the clients’ bespoke requirements.
  • Facilitate as required, client meetings and tastings and provide guidance allowing the client to make an informed decision on all event aspects.
  • Build & maintain positive relationships and dialogue with all suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage complex logistics, oversee vendor and staff coordination, and maintain quality across every event detail.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, capturing feedback and analysing key metrics to enhance future service delivery.
  • This Planner will also take a responsibility for finding, booking and coordinating staffing on events


Sales & Business Development:

  • To be proactive and reactive to new sales enquiries.
  • To have a clear understanding of the monthly and individual sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new high-profile clients.
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch concepts in line with the Caiger and Co brand.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships, generating repeat business and referrals.


Financial Oversight & Budget Management:

  • Set and manage event budgets and maximise profitability without compromising quality.
  • Compare supplier charges and costs at all stages of event planning.
  • Ensure that event works is always populated with accurate supplier costs, and you account for all charges.
  • Benchmark relative competitors and know where Caiger and Co. sits within the competition.


Prestigious Venue & Client Relationship Management:

  • To actively build relationships with new and existing clients, venues and suppliers
  • Conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and manage all venue arrangements.
  • Encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage clients effectively, providing a friendly, polite, and flexible service.
  • Consistently strive to exceed their expectations and always go above and beyond client expectations.
