As Student Voice Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in building a new student voice and insights function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
- Shape the Function: Lead and develop student voice campaigns, representation initiatives, and feedback systems, establishing the core framework for how student input shapes College decisions.
- Drive Engagement: Work directly with student representatives, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen connections between the student body and the administration.
- Innovate & Lead: Take ownership of events and initiatives, from large-scale student surveys to staff-student liaison committees, ensuring students feel empowered and heard.
- Strategic Impact: Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure student feedback is integral to the College’s growth, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong experience in student engagement, event management, or a related field, with a desire to lead and innovate.
- Proven success in planning and executing projects, especially those with diverse stakeholders and large-scale impact.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Desirable:
- Experience managing focus groups and utilizing CRM systems.
- Familiarity with higher education policy and regulatory environments.
- A keen understanding of diversity and the challenges faced by underrepresented student groups.
What We Offer
- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with flexibility to accommodate work/life balance, including some remote working. Our team comes together once a week in the office (insert day), and you will regularly be on-site for event support. Regent operates seven days a week, with some evening and weekend work required.
