Conference Producer / Hybrid / London / £45,000


Overview of the Conference Producer:

One of the worlds largest events organisers are seeking a Conference Producer to join their market leading events team - conducting in-depth market research, writing copy, recruiting speakers and scaling up their customer community.


Role & Responsibilities of the Conference Producer:

  • Help to expand the network of leaders in the Business Transformation and Shared Services & Outsourcing space.
  • In the medium-term, pick up the production of your own LSE event, building and delivering a profitable event.
  • Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressure
  • Recruit senior executives to provide keynote briefings, to join panels and to participate in interactive roundtables – virtually and face-to-face.
  • Build a gripping narrative around all your events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally.
  • Budget management for events.


Desirable Skills & Experience of the Conference Producer:


  • 2-3 years proven conference production experience
  • Value teamwork and thrive on building positive relationships across functions.
  • Diligent Researchers
  • Skilled writers who create compelling external content that engages and captivates our target audiences.
  • Degree holder


Package of the Conference Producer:

  • Up to £45,000 Depending on experience + Commission
  • Profit share on events
  • 25-30 days annual leave depending on length of service
