Hands-on leader - EU Tech / Tech Sales - Up to £85k base + 100% 1st yr + shares

My client, a 40+ head Global Technology recruitment specialist are on the look-out for a hands-on leader to take over their London office.

They can be fairly flexible with this role, but there is headcount to inherit from the get-go which will vary DOE. Main deliverables are ⬇️

People development – With remit to hire from graduate upwards, you must be comfortable with training / adding value at all levels

⚪️ Headcount growth – With aims to hit 100-heads, there will be significant remit for expanding your teams

Revenue generation – you must be comfortable with leading from the front, the entire team is hands-on (founders included)

What are they looking for?

⚪️ An individual not afraid of the hard yards - the team are dead set on their end goal & will reap the rewards of achieving it, but in the meantime they are LOCKED IN to graft

A hands-on leader with a proven track record of success across the European Technology space

⚪️ A track record of success of people and team development

A history of billing at least £300k YOY (360)

⚪️ A leader with experience & knowledge of both contract and perm
