Beavertown began life 11 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The Role

Within Customer Operations, our Logistics team plays a critical role in ensuring both our internal team and LSP providers deliver high standards of service to our Brewery and customer operations.

Supporting the Transport Ops manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our LSP providers to ensure these standards are met. When standards are not achieved, you will address immediate issues and identify improvement opportunities to sustain high-quality service



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners through effective communication, prioritizing engagement, addressing concerns, and aligning on shared goals to create a network of trust and collaboration that drives mutual success and ensures exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts to LSP’s
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Lead dynamic weekly service reviews with LSPs, challenging them to meet and exceed key SLA performance targets.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence through the development and execution of continuous improvement roadmaps
  • Transform innovative logistics concepts from idea to implementation with effective project management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.



Compliance

  • Accurately gather and compile sustainability data, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and reporting standards to support our commitment to a greener future.
  • Monitor and enforce LSP adherence to company policies and processes, driving a culture of accountability and excellence in service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of safety by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or unsafe behaviours, ensuring a secure workplace for all.
  • Review invoices to ensure they are accurate and compliant with contractual agreements, taking prompt action to resolve any discrepancies.

What You’ll Bring To Us

  • Previous experience working in a Logistics Management role
  • Experience excelling in an ever-changing environment, prioritising effectively and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word which you’ll be using to Intermediate level every day
  • Excellent experience planning and organising logistics operations
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills that you’ve used to influence logistics planning
  • Strong experience managing third parties including LSP’s
  • Project management – experience improving logistics processes and ways of working
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing teams and LSP’s
  • Your passion for the industry and the Beavertown brand
  • CILT qualification preferred
