The Role

We're seeking an ambitious and passionate Paid Media Manager who excels in managing large-scale digital campaigns across various platforms, as well as fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media Management: Lead media planning, ad buying, and performance optimisation for key accounts
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate positive, open relationships with key clients
• Project Management: Coordinate with internal Content and Marketing teams for campaign delivery
• New Business Development: Participate in pitches, including paid media strategy and media plan preparation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in paid media strategy, campaign execution, and account management
• Expert in optimising paid campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Data-focused with proficiency in reporting and ability to analyse performance data to advise future strategies
• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience working with attribution models
