We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and tenacious Reserving Manager to join our London based team. This is a great job for someone with a background in London Market reserving wanting to take a leading role in improving the reserving process to give more insight to the business and help deliver profitable growth!
A bit about the job:
This role is key to our business as it plays an integral part to our business strategy. Within this role you will work within the Global Corporate & Speciality Reserving team to enhance the reserving process given substantial growth and a desire to gain more insight. You will be responsible for driving the project forward while working with other areas of the business to ensure the end-to-end process is robust and sufficiently dynamic to accommodate further business growth.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Extensive reserving experience with the majority being in the London Market
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end reserving process and effective data flow within large organisations
- Proficient in SQL or other comparable programming languages to efficiently extract and interrogate data
- Proven track record of having an active role in strategic projects, with a preference for those with transformation experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and manage stakeholders effectively. A confident, proactive individual ready to take the lead and drive success

- Starting salary of £110,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
