The Digital Recruitment is recruiting for a Marketing Automation Manager to work for a first-class private woman’s health practice led by a team of top Consultants offering daily appointments to women across the city from London's top private hospitals. This is an exciting time to join this rapidly growing Healthcare company who will support and encourage you to perform to your full potential.
With twenty consultants & GPs, the practice is busy and dynamic, sees more than 1200 patients monthly and is growing at a rate of 25-35% each year.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading women's health practice. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging users to convert to patients. This role will play a crucial part in driving patient acquisition, retention, and overall practice growth through effective digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our target audience in the women's health sector.Crucially, this role will take ownership of the organisation's Google Ads account, managing the company’s campaigns and budgets.
Key responsibilities
Marketing Automation Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies aligned with the practice's goals and objectives.
Utilise HubSpot to create automated workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and personalised content tailored to different stages of the patient journey.
Campaign Management
Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote services, events, and educational resources related to women's health.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, either within Google Ads Manager or HubSpot.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
Lead Generation and Conversion
Implement lead generation tactics such as content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising to attract and capture leads.
Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive conversions and increase lead quality.
Database Management
Manage and segment patient databases to ensure accurate targeting and personalization of marketing communications.
Maintain data hygiene standards and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Analytics and Reporting
Generate monthly reports on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, email engagement, and campaign performance for presentation to the Senior Management Team.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies and outcomes.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate closely with the marketing team, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with practice objectives and priorities.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing automation initiatives.
Required Qualities & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience of using HubSpot and Google Ads is essential.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing automation, preferably in a healthcare or women's health setting.
- Proficiency and demonstrable experience in marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, including building workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads is a must. This includes understanding campaign setup, ad groups, keywords, bids and bidding strategies, and budget management. Familiarity with the platform's features, such as the Keyword Planner and the use of extensions also important. Must have proven track record in managing campaigns with monthly budget of in excess of £25K
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
