Job Description

Join our dynamic Product Line Management team this summer and dive into the heart of Ingredion's Texture Food Solutions global business unit. As a Summer Intern, you'll have the chance to develop product pitch packs to highlight Ingredion’s differentiated product portfolio, extract best practices from seasoned PLMs, and lead the charge in our weekly GTM Order Management. This role is perfect for a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Food Science, Business, or Supply Chain and Operations, who is ready to experience a hybrid role based out of Westchester, IL or Bridgewater, NJ. Embark on a summer of growth, collaboration, and real-world impact in a Fortune 500 company.

Your role will be:

  • Develop a US/CAN promote products deck in collaboration with the Product Line Manager, highlighting key products within various categories.
  • Interview Region Product Line Managers (PLMs) to identify and collect best practices, contributing to the development of a global PLM practice library.
  • Lead the publication of the weekly Go-To-Market (GTM) Delay Orders
  • Participate in cross-functional team calls
  • Refine operations and supply chain commentary into customer-friendly messaging regarding current order delays
  • Adhere to a tight deadline and publish these insights to the US/CAN go-to-market team weekly
  • Handle ad hoc requests from key stakeholders such as the Hydrocolloids platform leader or US/CAN PLM Manager

Your profile needs these qualifications:

  • Rising Junior or Senior college student.
  • Preferred degree candidates: Food Science, Business, or Supply Chain and Operations

  • Proven ability to deliver under agreed upon deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and others
  • Solid teamwork skills and creative problem solving
  • Desire to see and create results

  • Be a currently enrolled student in a Bachelor’s degree program. If currently enrolled in an undergrad status, must have completed at least two years of coursework with status as a sophomore, junior or non-graduating senior.

Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
