The Role : Master Anaplanner Key Responsibilities : - In-house role our Anaplan Solution Architect will take responsibility for rebuilding our Resource Management Tool - Minimum 5 years of experience with Anaplan, including implementation, maintenance, and complex model development. - Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models - Act as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions. - Run requirements gathering sessions and produce comprehensive documentation and use case requirements for approval - Exemplify The Anaplan Way in all tasks - Modify existing models as part of a connected solution; Optimizing and troubleshooting Anaplan models to enhance performance or to incorporate new functionality - Ensure data integrity and model accuracy through robust testing and validation processes. - Lead data integration and migration solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage and Databricks. - Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment - Support the team to implement our Anaplan roadmap, coordinating and prioritizing roadmap initiatives, and provide recommendations and actions for improvements - Participate in existing Anaplan model landscape maintenance - Build strong relationships across all Enablement teams to ensure Anaplan models meet business needs and knowledge and skill set is leveraged, providing training and support where needed - Manage Anaplan security and administration including modules and dashboards. Ensuing company data is protected at all times. - Assist with adhoc reporting and reconciliations Skills Required : - Minimum 5 years of experience working with Anaplan; implanting, maintaining, developing and building Anaplan complex models - Recognized accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field. - Certified as Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner - Experience of connecting data using Anaplan Connect, Cloudworks and other API tools - Experience of integrating with the other ERP and reporting systems, ideally those in our landscape : NetSuite / Salesforce / ADP / Power BI / SuccessFactors - Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage and Databricks. - Advanced Microsoft Excel (Including VBA), Word and PowerPoint skills - Experience of delivering end to end use case implementations - from requirements gathering, solution documenting through to model build and implementation - Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving methods Qualifications & Experience : - Any Graduate - Minimum 5 years of experience working with Anaplan; implanting, maintaining, developing and building Anaplan complex models (ref:hirist.tech)
