Production Designer - Illustrator/Photoshop

Job Summary : - Production Designer is responsible for the below activities - Make functional graphics, digital proofing, UI/UX designs and visual concepts that catch the eye and inspire users. - Collaborate with product managers, strategists, and copywriters to build and implement design plans that assist the organization accomplish its product vision and marketing objectives. - Support the design process by generating style guidelines and cooperating with other designers to carry out client requests and deliver different design variations. - Help the marketing team create visual assets for landing sites, products, and services. - Create user-friendly wireframes, websites, and mockups that are usable, convincing, and visually appealing. - Design and install website layouts, logos, and branding that are consistent with the brand's values and target demographic. - Suggest and implement a consistent visual brand plan for the company's : - Graduation in any stream/specialization (without : - Candidate should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in creating user friendly and responsive images, graphics and web page layouts - Demonstrable portfolio and expertise in previous web design projects. - Practical knowledge of various design tools, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch. - A solid understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design, and usability concepts, particularly for websites. - Proficiency in graphic design, art, and psychology, with an understanding of how different parts interact on a web page. - A creative thinker with strong visual communication abilities, design multimedia capabilities, and computer proficiency. - Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of design. - Capability to work on numerous projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Competency in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or AEM. - Experience in responsive design, UI/UX interfaces, and user experience design ideas. - Flexible to work 24/7 shift (ref:hirist.tech)
