Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead a team of high-performing team of marketers, manage relationships with external contractors, and drive the execution of marketing initiatives that align with the companys objectives. Your role will require a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, exceptional leadership, and the ability to innovate in a rapidly evolving market. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end marketing management. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team. Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media. Experience managing relationships with external contractors, agencies, and vendors. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies to diverse audiences.
