We’re currently undergoing an exciting period of business transformation, we're re-branding, re-building our website, and redesigning our entire customer acquisition flow. This is a newly created role that will report to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be number two in the marketing team with an influence on overall strategy and execution.

About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own our paid marketing channels, develop automated lead nurture flows, and optimize our website and landing pages to drive growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, hands-on experience, and the creativity to enhance every part of the digital customer journey. You’ll play a crucial part in boosting lead generation, customer acquisition, and the overall success of Country Navigator.


Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Activity Management: Manage and optimize all paid digital channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms, to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI.
  • Prospect Marketing Automations: Create and refine automation workflows to nurture leads effectively and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Website & Landing Page Optimization: Lead continuous improvement efforts on our website and landing pages, leveraging A/B testing and data insights to boost conversions.
  • Free Trial Customer Journey: Streamline and enhance the free trial sign-up and onboarding process, improving engagement and minimizing drop-offs.
  • General marketing support: General support across other marketing and lead generation initiatives.


What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, managing paid media campaigns (PPC & social media) to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • 3-5 years experience in a performance marketing role, happy to consider executive level for someone looking for a step up.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. We use HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of website and landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Data-driven, with a solid grasp of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience interpreting metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Creative problem solver who can take ownership of initiatives and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
