We're looking for an Associate Structural Engineer with a strong client focus to help drive forward our exciting projects and client partnerships. As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will:

• Be at the forefront of client interactions, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, fostering an inclusive environment where your ideas are valued and explored.
• Guide and develop Engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Utilise your engineering knowledge to propose innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years in Structural Engineering with proven exposure in client engagement.
• You must be a Chartered Engineer with a recognised institution e.g. ICE or IstructE
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• A proactive approach to leadership, with the capability to inspire and motivate others.
• An ability to navigate complex project requirements and pivot as necessary to meet client goals.
