Location: London (hybrid, in the 2 to 3 days a week)

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role on a large digital transformation project understanding and addressing business needs by leveraging technology solutions.

You'll be working with senior stakeholders from all across the organisation to identify true business requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Collaboration with diverse teams across the globe will be key as you work towards streamlining processes and gaining local market advantages.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

• You will be joining a large programme of work, focused on company wide digital transformation, from the inception stages and playing a key part in the project over the next few years.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders all the way up to c-suite and above.
• Seeking opportunities to optimise existing processes and align business and system processes for increased efficiency.
• Developing user stories and test case scenarios to guide solution development.
• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party collaborators.
• Analysing and documenting business requirements accurately and efficiently.
• Providing support and training post-implementation to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Experience working on large digital transformation projects, from the very early stages
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Initiative and drive to overcome challenges and see projects through to completion.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience with user story management.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and a keen understanding of business and technology dynamics.
