A sustainable luxury lifestyle brand is looking for a Head of Growth to join their London Head Office. The primary focus of this role is to develop and establish an aggressive customer acquisition and sales growth plan; you will be managing PPC, paid social and CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Manage PPC and execute all social media ads

• Create a robust CRM cycle for new leads and repeat purchasing

• Develop and establish prospecting, retargeting and branding strategies

• Develop customer lifetime value modelling

• Deliver digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels

• Cross channel budget management

• Analyse channel and campaign performance

• Trend analysis to determine high return strategies

• Future modelling with significant investment

Requirements:

• A degree in marketing, economics or applied statistics is preferred

• 6+ years of digital performance marketing experience

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar direct response marketing budgets

• Experience developing and optimizing large-scale acquisition campaigns

• Unparalleled analytical skills

• Previous online fashion, beauty or home experience

• Expert in navigating digital media platforms
