Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Audio Visual Manager to be a key part of our London team, representing proAV and working onsite at a leading Global Investment Bank.
This is one of many openings available at proAV (who have over 500 team members globally) and a position that works within our end user’s organisation who are continuously investing in state of the art technologies, services and training
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Audio Visual Services Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance delivery at every opportunity.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of all aspects of day to day service delivery into meeting room and AV enables spaces used by clients and partners
* Full ownership of the meeting room AV experience
*
Full responsibility for the service deliverables by large onsite engineering teams
*
Experienced in building relationships with other dependant teams
*
Primary point of contact onsite for the client
*
Consultation & advice to client regarding various matters
*
Providing a senior level of technical support at the point of escalation
*
Operational coordination between proAV teams including the technical helpdesk, field service, projects teams and client liaison
*
Staff management to the onsite BAU team/s
*
Rota for the AV team for the week ahead & for the BAU team for the year ahead
*
Onboarding and training new staff members
*
Conduct regular one to one meeting’s with individual staff members and document as required
*
Conduct weekly meetings to consistently improve the onsite service
*
Assist human resourcing with return-to-work interviews (RTW), probation reviews, and incident investigations
*
Assist with the recruitment process when required to conduct interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team
*
Identify and support training requirements or skills gaps within the BAU team
*
Performance improvement management if required
*
Provide comprehensive reporting to the proAV Senior Account Manager
*
Attend monthly service review meetings
*
Monthly collation entry and reporting of client related statistical data.
*
Creating and Maintaining department documents including SOPs.
*
Project coordination work as required, including client liaison, on-site coordination, PO generation and implementation.
*
Proactively driving service improvements whenever possible
