About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our key products. In collaboration with the Product MD and Product Manager, you will ensure that marketing contributes and delivers value at every stage of the product development process. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to establish product marketing activities for our financial operations products, expanding our impact within the Financial Productivity business.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of go-to-market positioning and value propositions for our products.
Bring new solutions and features to market while contributing to ongoing product strategy.
Become a product evangelist and subject matter expert.
Conduct competitor and market analysis, continuously monitoring and updating findings.
Develop compelling audience messaging and content for each product/audience.
Create and enhance sales enablement materials and provide internal sales training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, solutions, and customer success.
Drive effective communication of product enhancements both internally and externally.
Manage operational and end-of-life communications for our products.
Stay knowledgeable about TAM & SAM for your products/verticals to influence wider marketing strategy.
Support lead generation activities for your products, working closely with the marketing team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a B2B marketing role, with at least 1 year in a product marketing-focused role.
Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in message development.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate, motivate, and influence.
Understanding of the importance of digital marketing activities in the marketing mix.
Experience using marketing automation tools, such as Pardot, to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns.
Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
