Social Media Manager and Content Creator

As the Social Media Manager and Content Creator, you will collaborate closely with marketing, performance media, and CRM teams to create a cohesive brand message and optimise content for maximum reach and impact across the digital ecosystem. This role will report into the Brand Marketing Lead.

Our client is a privately owned global beauty and wellness platform that creates, acquires and scales the next generation of Beauty and Wellness brands. With teams spread across London and New York, they are known for their creative, entrepreneurial spirit and operate globally.

Social Media & Content Creation Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activity, aligning with brand strategy and goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and flag issues to maintain a positive community.
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and report on performance weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with the brand lead on content that reflects the brand’s values and campaigns.
• Coordinate social media content calendars, campaigns, and design requests.
• Create and adapt on-brand content, including videos, for platforms like IG Stories, Reels, and TikTok.
• Work with influencers and external creators to produce engaging content aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Preferred background from within the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of building and growing brand presence on TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
• Must be able to work from the London office 4 days a week.
