About the Role:

As a Junior Sustainability Consultant, you’ll be assisting in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies for clients across diverse industries. This role will provide hands-on experience with sustainability frameworks, ESG assessments, and climate risk analysis, allowing you to make a tangible impact from day one. Working under experienced consultants, you’ll have the chance to work directly with clients and support them in meeting their sustainability and compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting ESG assessments and sustainability audits to evaluate client performance
• Assisting in data analysis, reporting, and benchmarking across sustainability metrics
• Supporting the development of tailored sustainability strategies for clients
• Staying current with climate regulations, ESG reporting standards, and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Preparing client presentations and reports to showcase sustainability outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: MSc in Sustainability, ESG, Climate Science, or a related field
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and project management capabilities
• Passion: Genuine interest in environmental and social impact
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally for client projects as needed
