We are looking for a 0-1, consumer obsessed Product Manager with experience in mobile app Product, preferably in the network effect space!

About the company:

This is a early stage start-up, founded by a serial entrepreneur who recently excited from his previous venture, using some of the proceeds to boot strap this Product, so not purely reliant on external investment. They are about to launch their Social Messaging app with several unique features distinguishing them from traditional social media and focused on fostering real relationships.

About the Role:

You will join as part of their early team in the SLT, leading the Product and Design through their launch and towards Product Market Fit. You will be pivotal in guiding the launch of the product, managing their strategy and building out the roadmap. You will spend time conducting user interviews to ensure they are iterating the app with the biggest impact to maximize the network effect and achieve PMF.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the founder to build a robust Product strategy
• Leading the design team (line managing 2 designers)
• Plat the launch of their new app
• Run continuous discovery and testing of their app
• Manage the prioritization of their roadmap
• Achieve PMF

Qualifications:

• Consumer app experience (preferably in the network effect space)
• High growth start-up experience
• Social media or messaging app is preferred
• Design background or design conscious Product Management
