About Us
Every Future Foundation is a lived-experience led youth charity committed to eradicating institutional racism across the UK. Our focus is on delivering transformative anti-racism programmes in schools for young people and intensive anti-racism training for educators. Through our Activism Academy Programme, we mentor and train young anti-racist leaders, empowering them to challenge systemic racism on a local and national level and become the next generation of changemakers that our collective future needs!
The organisation launched in 2021 in the form of community anti-racism Saturday breakfast clubs, which were rolled out for young people aged 11-14 across South London.
Since then, we have grown our reach and impact quite rapidly and now our main focuses are:
● Our school-based interventions – both for pupils and teachers
● Our Activism Academy – an out of school leadership programme for young people wanting to tackle racial injustice.
● Pursuing national changes within the education sector – working with groups/schools/partners across the UK to ask central government for national changes to the curriculum.
Since its launch, the organisation has been led by our Founder and Director. We are now seeking a dynamic, passionate individual to lead the organisation's growth from a tiny organisation to a medium-sized organisation – both in terms of impact and annual income. Your role will be pivotal in steering our organisation's growth, enhancing our reach, and deepening our impact in the fight against racism.
