Content Producer

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of the Madame Joyce studios. This includes coordinating with hosts and guests, researching and developing content, writing show plans, ideating show ideas to help grow the Madame Joyce network

Scheduling and managing recording sessions, editing and mastering audio, and distributing episodes. You should have a keen eye on the who’s who in the entertainment space, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for storytelling. As Podcast Producer you will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Your responsibilities

• Driving creative strategy for the podcast & Madame Joyce network across YouTube & social channels.
• Staying up-to-date on entertainment & industry trends and changes in podcast technology to ensure the podcast remains competitive and innovative.
• Managing the production process of podcast episodes from ideation to release.
• Coordinating with hosts, guests, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Scriptwriting and reviewing podcast scripts to ensure quality and consistency in messaging
• Designing and creating show notes, social clips and posts, and other promotional materials to accompany podcast episodes.
• Managing social platforms and engaging with the Madame Joyce community.
• Developing and managing podcast marketing strategies to increase audience engagement and growth.
• Collaborating with Technical Producer & Show Host or external partners to create engaging and relevant content for the podcast.
• Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth production and delivery of podcast episodes.
• Monitoring and analyzing podcast performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
