Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Talent Strategist / Creative Strategist to work closely with a roster of high-profile talent across entertainment, music, fashion, sports, and culture. This role is focused on developing and implementing creative, growth-driven strategies to enhance talent brands, engage audiences, and maximize reach. Working consultatively, the Senior Talent Strategist will design unique content strategies, foster brand partnerships, and guide on wider commercial opportunities to elevate talent profiles across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Audience Growth & Strategy Development: Collaborate with talent to design and implement customized growth strategies, enhancing their brand presence and attracting new followers.
• Content Strategy & Ideation: Craft innovative content strategies that align with each talent’s unique voice, delivering creative digital content that resonates with their audience.
• Brand Partnerships: Identify, secure, and manage brand partnerships, aligning opportunities with talent profiles and commercial aspirations.
• Career Development Opportunities: Advise talent on expanding their reach through podcasts, events, book deals, and other career-enhancing projects.
• Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content developments, ensuring strategies remain relevant and impactful.
• Data-Driven Strategy Adjustment: Use audience data and engagement metrics to refine strategies, maximizing growth and reach across digital platforms.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with industry partners, media, and brands, creating long-term partnership opportunities that support talent growth.
• Team Guidance: Mentor junior team members in supporting talent and executing strategic initiatives on a daily basis.
