Job Purpose:

Take ownership of supplier relationships to ensure that all product purchase orders are delivered accurately and on time, meeting customer demand and supporting our inventory needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from placement to management, including the introduction of new products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data and item details to ensure seamless tracking and inventory management.
  • Foster and strengthen partnerships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and present actionable insights through operational performance reports to drive supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth, efficient movement of goods through the supply chain.
  • Proactively manage supply chain disruptions and international logistics challenges.
  • Balance cost efficiency with product availability, ensuring optimal stock levels.


About You:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experienced with business-wide IT systems, including demand planning and inventory management tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about making an impactful contribution to our growing business.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage complexity, develop new processes, and proactively improve supply chain efficiency.
