We're seeking candidates with comprehensive, end-to-end experience in PPC, SEO, paid and organic search, affiliate marketing, and a proven track record in managing social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). This brand has already seen substantial success thanks to its unique product offering for curvy women, and we're looking for someone who can further amplify its impact.

Role Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of digital marketing strategies with a focus on paid social media, budget optimization, and revenue growth. This role demands a data-driven approach, with an emphasis on customer acquisition, retention, and driving sales performance across SEO, PPC, CRM, and especially social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimise social media marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets, implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with external media agencies to enhance PPC and paid social performance.
• Provide trend analysis and offer actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Develop long-term performance strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
• Oversee daily sales reporting and conduct weekly and annual trade analysis.

Ideally, You Will:

• Have proven experience in e-commerce and performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social across major platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
• Be proficient with Shopify Plus.
• Have experience working with external media and creative agencies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
• Possess an analytical mindset, with experience in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
