Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a publicity firm or in-house press office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of key influencers, media outlets, and trends across fashion, beauty and hospitality
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent presentation skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative
• Able to thrive under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
• Deep understanding of the fashion, entertainment, and luxury sectors
• Proficient in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in multiple languages (Italian, French, Chinese, Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, talents and industry contacts
• Lead traditional and creative editorial outreach, including media campaigns and press releases
• Support senior team with event planning and execution
• Conduct research to support client initiatives and strategies
• Prepare detailed client reports, action plans, and strategic recommendations
• Oversee and mentor agency's junior team
