Seeking Local Marketing support for relaunched Local Marketing team. Duties include project support and project management for various Local Marketing efforts. Should possess experience with marketing, project management and communications.

• Play a key role in connecting Local Marketing content to restaurant marketing leaders through leading Marketing Newsletter content creation/coordinator and monthly Marketing Webinars coordination.

• Local resource project management – including In-House Agency coordination of resources, tools and playbooks.

• Lead Learning and Development (L&D) partnership and owner for Marketing content on Pathway and other training platforms.

The Local Growth Coordinator III will work in coordination with many stakeholders across the business to ensure RMDs (Restaurant Marketing Directors) and Operators are equipped with modern marketing information and tools. Support Center partnership includes Brand Strategy, Advertising and Media, Corporate Communication, Customer Digital Experience, Financial Services, Customer & Market Insights, External Communications, Field Operations and Learning & Development. This individual will support the Local Marketing team in providing valuable Local Marketing content to be deployed through various distribution channels such as: @CFA, webinars, and newsletters. The Local Growth Coordinator III role serves a vital function in creation and maintenance of a marketing resources across our content platforms including @cfa and The Studio. Responsibility includes ongoing management of a centralized hub for all local marketing tactical guides and playbooks to guide a RMD through their restaurant marketing career (from onboarding to seasoned director).

Local Marketing Project Management

• Partner with Brand Strategy, Advertising and Media team to determine proactive local marketing resource needs spanning multiple marketing channels. Partner in creation of planning schedule in coordination with marketing channel owners and In-House Agency partners.

• Project Management of annual local marketing playbooks and guidance (i.e. School Programs Marketing Guide).

• Partner with L&D and Corporate Communications to ensure field adoption and access of all created resources. This includes determination of field adoption and communication plan allowing for easy access in bringing the right marketing tool and resource to the right RMD at the right time. Responsibilities include resource organization and clear vision and understanding of platforms (The Studio, Social Media Publisher, Pathways) and communication channels to leverage (@cfa article, Marketing Newsletter, Marketing webinars and workshops).

Manage execution of Marketing Newsletter and Marketing Call

• Execution responsibilities includes content creator and chief editor of Marketing Newsletter channel and Marketing Call.

• Responsibility includes content collection across Support Center stakeholders for relevant and timely RMD updates.

• Lead partnership with Corporate Communication in process flow including editing, distribution management and approvals.

• Lead vision-casting and evolution of this RMD communication channels for optimization and insights.

Required:

• 7 years of experience in an Account Management or Project Management role. Ideally also marketing and communications experience. CFA Franchise exp. a PLUS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Manages deadlines and quickly adapts and re-prioritizes to deliver results

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction

• High attention to detail

Experience using Excel and PowerPoint in an enterprise environment.
