Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead and execute a cohesive organic strategy for our social channels. In this role, you’ll create compelling, brand-aligned content that showcases Oxiline products, demonstrates their benefits, and resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for budget implementation and managing external creatives, such as influencers, 3D rendering artists, photographers, and graphic designers, to establish a consistent and engaging online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an organic social media strategy for Meta and YouTube that aligns with Oxiline’s brand values and voice.
• Create monthly content that highlights our product benefits, emphasizing reliability, ease of use, and quality.
• Manage content creators, including influencers, photographers, 3D rendering artists, and designers, to produce high-quality content within budget.
• Oversee day-to-day platform management, content creation, and community engagement.
• Position Oxiline as a trusted and credible brand within the health monitoring space through consistent, engaging content.
• Ensure all content adheres to compliance and FDA protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management for tech, eCommerce, or healthcare brands.
• Strong understanding of compliance and FDA protocols as they relate to social media marketing.
• Experience managing Meta and YouTube channels, with a solid track record of building brand awareness and trust.
• Skilled in content planning, community engagement, and creator management.
• Ability to develop a modern, approachable tone in a regulated industry.
