We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and call on / screen available candidates / applicants for CNC Machining, Forge Shop, Warehouse & Material Handling, Machine Shop Maintenance and other related Manufacturing environment positions
• Actively source and recruit candidates for open positions using various job boards, networks, referrals, social media sources, and in-house ATS
• Provide candidate submittals with screening summaries for qualified candidates
• Provide weekly activity reports as required

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Graduate or GED
• 2+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience in a fast paced environment with high-volume recruiting
• Experience with ATS Systems
• Experience with job sites such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn and Social Media Recruiting
