Job Description

Summary

The HR Administrator will assist the HR team in the management of day-to-day tasks and provide administrative support to the corporate office. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative responsibilities in a positive, proactive way.


Compensation: $25-28.00 per hour plus 5% bonus

Environment: Food production plant; 100% onsite


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information
  • Create and maintain employee files and other employment related documentation in a confidential manner
  • Run regular and ad hoc reports for KPI tracking and other people metrics
  • Assist Payroll Manager in payroll processing
  • Conduct employee offboarding process
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions
  • Assist with recruitment process including screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate HR and office events including booking conference or meeting space, organizing meals and activities
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure resources are available


Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in HR processes required
  • 3-5+ years experience in an office environment required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
