Contract Addendum Manager

Hybrid Contract Addendum Mgr. - contract at Chick-fil-A Corporate, College Park, GA 30349

Hybrid - onsite 2-3 days per week

Open to relocation (your own expense) as long as living in Atlanta when the job starts - 2 weeks from offer.

Duration - 1 yr. from start

Pay: dependent upon credentials

• Maintaining charts on the status of Data Processing Addenda.

• Conducting thorough searches of files for documents and contact information along with interfacing with attorneys and staff to obtain vendor information.

• Interfacing with Vice Presidents and their staff in order to obtain signatures.

• Coordinating with assistants to ensure proper filing of fully-executed Data Processing Addenda.

• Running document comparisons of fully-executed Data Processing Addenda and logging changes to terms within a chart.

• Various other tasks involving privacy work as assigned by the Privacy Team.

• Proactive and requiring little to no hand holding in the above tasks after being fully trained.

Experience in Contract Privacy and Regulatory addendums

Bachelor's Degree Required

5+ years of exp. with Contracts and Contract Addendums
