SAP Data Migration Engineer - FI/CO Modules

Position : SAP Data Migration Experience : Minimum 10 Years of Total Experience (6 Years in SAP Data Migration) Job Type : Full-Time Job Locations : Pan India Shift : Rotational Shifts Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation Key Responsibilities : 1. Data Migration Planning : - Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies for SAP projects (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW). - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather data migration requirements. 2. Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL): - Use SAP tools like BODS, LSMW, and other ETL solutions to extract, cleanse, and load data. - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Work closely with functional and technical teams to identify and resolve data-related issues. - Act as the primary point of contact for data migration tasks during the project lifecycle. 4. Data Validation and Quality Assurance : - Perform rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure the success of migration activities. - Conduct mock migrations and support user acceptance testing (UAT). 5. Documentation and Reporting : - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including data mapping, migration processes, and post-migration audit reports. - Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and project leadership. 6. Risk Management : - Identify potential risks in the data migration process and propose mitigation strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications : Technical Expertise : - In-depth understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR) and their data structures. - Hands-on experience with data migration tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, or Winshuttle. - Proficiency in SQL, SAP HANA, and ABAP for data manipulation and validation.
