It features news, articles, and live coverage of cricket matches including videos, text commentary, player stats, and team rankings We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic System Administrator(Freshers to 2 years experience) to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to start their careers in IT systems administration. Job Summary : As a Junior System Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our companys IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our senior IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and servers. This role provides an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities : - System Monitoring : Assist in monitoring the performance, availability, and security of servers and systems. - Hardware and Software Support : Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for employees and other end-users. - Network Support : Assist in managing internal networks and network devices, ensuring smooth connectivity. - System Configuration : Help in setting up, installing, and configuring hardware, operating systems, and software. - User Management : Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control. - Backup and Recovery : Assist in ensuring that data backup processes are in place and assist with data recovery when required. - Security Management : Assist with maintaining and improving security protocols to safeguard sensitive data. - Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user support logs. - Collaborate with Senior Admins : Work closely with senior team members to learn and execute system administration tasks. Skills & Qualifications : Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic Technical Skills : a. Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). b. Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). c. Familiarity with server hardware and software. d. Exposure to virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) is a plus. - Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills. - Teamwork : Willingness to collaborate and work with senior team members. - Learning Mindset : Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
