Marketing
  1. In collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Communications Director and the Business Line SVP, define the Business Line Marketing Communications plan aligned with BL business global strategy and Corporate Marcom strategy and guidelines.
  2. Analyze market data and synthesize wide-ranging information such as customer personas, market competition, and BL performance records to create strategic insight and deliver accurate BL marketing communications strategy.
  3. Schedule Business Line marketing events (exhibitions, forums, conferences, webinars, workshops, etc.) and oversee the organization with the support of the Corporate Marketing Event Coordinator.
  4. Assist in the preparation of speakers' presentations and ensure external promotion.
  5. Support corporate marketing and advertising campaigns (social media, trade press, etc.), and global marcom initiatives by providing content and accurate messaging.
  6. Develop and execute offer launches, integrated marketing programs, initiatives, and promotional content for BL globally.
  7. Study media and industry sources to identify marketing trends and the competitive landscape that may impact or enhance the BL performance and positioning.
  8. Bring new ideas and concepts to develop innovative and effective solutions to BL business and marketing challenges.
  9. Oversee the creation of external marketing collateral (promotional materials, business presentations, articles, technical papers, press releases, infographics, videos, photos, etc.) that drive Business Line market presence and thought leadership.
  10. Work in conjunction with the key stakeholders (Business Line, Corporate MarCom incl. Marketing Digital, Marketing Strategic, Tendering, Commercial, Communications, Technical Lines and Operating Centers) to address various demands.
Communications:
  1. Support Corporate Public Relations team in media opportunities to highlight Business Line (press releases, media news...)
  2. Occasionally support Business Line internal communications activities (seminars, Yammer, etc).
Competencies:
  1. Master's degree in marketing, communication, commerce, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 9+ years' experience or more.
  3. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  4. Strategic thinker, logical and methodical, results-driven.
  5. Strong interpersonal and presentation/influencing skills.
  6. Customer-oriented and commercial/entrepreneurial mindset.
  7. Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive and creative.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and operational marketing communication skills.
  9. Enthusiasm, creativity, and capacity to innovate while respecting international and cultural diversity.
  10. Good business understanding and an international outlook.
  11. Ability to react and respond to changing priorities and manage a diverse workload in a dynamic, fast-paced culture, self-starter, multi-task oriented.
  12. Ability to serve and function effectively as a member of a global team.
  13. Strong industry experience and understanding of competitive factors and product offerings.
Advantageous experience:
  1. Experience working in a large, international business.
  2. Experience working at the global level and managing multiple stakeholders.
  3. Experience managing large projects.
