About the Role:
We are seeking a bright and technically skilled Solutions Engineer to join our client-facing team. This role is ideal for recent technical graduates with a strong grasp of complex technology and a passion for problem-solving. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll engage directly with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and helping design solutions powered by advanced AI technology. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients on how best to use AI-driven solutions to address their contract management and analysis challenges, from generation and negotiation to post-execution insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and identify how AI solutions can add value.
Engage in technical conversations to demonstrate solution capabilities and address customer inquiries.
Design tailored solutions that meet specific client needs, guiding them through the implementation process.
Serve as a technical resource for prospects, showcasing how advanced AI can streamline their contract-related processes.
Conduct product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and provide insights into best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuously improve solution offerings.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
Strong technical aptitude with an ability to grasp complex AI and machine learning concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Previous experience in a client-facing or customer support role is a plus.Benefits:
