Senior Aesthetic Therapist

A state-of-the-art family owned Cosmetic and Aesthetic Clinic based in Nottingham that was founded in 2004. Zenith Cosmetic Clinics is a multidisciplinary aesthetic clinic based in Nottingham and London, offering the most advanced and innovative techniques for surgical, non-surgical and dental treatments, it also offers its very own operating theatre. Zenith Cosmetic Clinics is home to an experienced team of world-renowned surgeons, clinicians, and dentists, who are experts in their fields and able to deliver the highest standard of care to patients.

Main Role Purpose & Skill Set Requirement:

This role is to provide patients with Clinical Therapy treatments, largely Laser treatments, in a professional and consultative manner. The ability to provide consultations and suggest relevant treatment plans is essential .You will need to assist the Senior Management Team ensuring there is an increase in business within the therapy department for treatment and retail sales. As a lead Therapist you will be required to lead other therapists to deliver on treatment protocols and targets. A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4 is required.

General

· Ensure up to date treatment and product knowledge

· Advance preparation for clinic lists

· Achieve targets set in KPI framework

· Provide flexibility to cover sickness, absence and additional requirements of the business

· Well presented, professional in their conduct

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Staff Management

· Manage and achieve sales target for you and other therapists in line with needs of the business

· Assist in recruitment of therapists. Ensure their induction and ongoing training is up to date at all times.

· Motivate therapists to cross sell, upsell and retain patients

· Maximise productivity and minimise wastage of time and resources

Operational

· Understand and implement CQC standards

· Conduct audits and risk assessments according to the needs of the business

· Understand and implement Health and Safety aspects related to your job to ensure a safe, clean environment for patients

· Up to date information on the clinical system at all times

· Follow up patients for further bookings and those who may be unhappy with treatment

Patient Services

· Provide exceptional level of patient experience

· Minimise complaints and assist Clinical Services Manager in handling them

Marketing

· Work with marketing department to generate content for social media as per target

· Assist Marketing Exec in putting offers/packages/newsletters

· Generate testimonials and case studies as per target

· Assist and partake in open events

Any other duties as requested by the management team

Contracted hours: Between 20 and 37.5 per week.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
