Job Title: Safety & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Manchester City Centre
Reporting to: Account Manager
Hours/Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00 (On site) - 40hrs (1 hr p/d unpaid break)

Overview:
To deliver a high quality administrative function to the account.
Processing worksheets, Checking compliance, Processing Compliance documents, Utilising clients CAFM systems. Ensure all CBRE & client procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities - Safety & Compliance:
Ensure timely management of the Compliance system, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.
Updating and tracking of documentation for all suppliers.
Liaising with internal engineering team and contractors.
Collate the accident and incident information for the wider site, entering the information into Compliance and submitting for client review.
Orders receipted to match Compliance related works delivered (Coupa system/Receipting etc)
Attend regular site meetings with key stakeholders, sharing safety and compliance reporting.
Subcontractors:
Process notification of planned visit dates and update clients CAFM & Compliance system.
Ensure all works are planned in and completed on time.
Receive and upload all servcoe documentation to the compliance system and raise actions for corrective items.
Report and investigate on contractor performance.
Qualities
Microsoft office working knowledge specific to Teams, Outlook and Excel.
Good Verbal and written communication skills.
Accountabilities:
Reporting to Account Manager
PPM scheduling
Management of Compliance documentation to be uploaded uploaded in line with SLAs
Corrective actions following PPM reports, audits and insurance inspections to be raised in line with SLAs
All site wide safety incident and accidents to be manged centrally through the compliance system.
Responsibility to process and monitor compliance documentation.
