We’re Looking for a Humanities Graduate Who Has:

• A 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Humanities from a leading UK university
• Previous experience working with children
• Confidence managing behaviour and engaging students of all abilities

Key Responsibilities for the Humanities Graduate Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
• Work with children across a range of abilities, focusing on progression and attainment
• Collaborate with professionals, supporting children both in and out of class
• Actively contribute to behaviour management efforts, providing targeted interventions
