- Proficiency in sterile instrumentation, laboratory maintenance
- English proficiency (Speak, Read, Write)

### Job Description:
- Perform scrub duties and maintain sterile supplies and technique.
- Assist in nursing care and preparation of surgical patients.
- Assemble, organize, and complete case carts according to doctor’s preferences.
- Provide appropriate instrumentation, suture, and supplies as requested while maintaining a sterile environment.
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments during cases.
- Count sponges, needles, blades, and instruments using proper technique and following established policy.
- Assist in maintenance and care of specimens and preparation for laboratory analysis.
- Handle specimens, implants, dressings, soiled instruments, contaminated materials, and sharps in accordance with established policy and practices.
- Assist with timely turnover of rooms, including cleaning, replacement, and restocking of supplies and equipment.
- Care for instruments and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- May be required to float to other departments based on business needs.
- May need to be on-call during regularly scheduled shifts.
