Job Description : Technical Program Manager (Oracle ERP Implementation) Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India Industry : Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Type : Full-Time About the Company : We are a leading NBFC in India, committed to providing innovative financial solutions to our clients. We are in the process of implementing Oracle's ERP system to enhance our accounting, financial reporting capabilities, and Loan Management System (LMS). We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead this critical project. Position Summary : The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Oracle's ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with our current Loan Management System (LMS) and other business applications. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors including the System Integrator to deliver the project on time and within budget. The role can graduate to TPM / Product Manager in other areas. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP, CRM, TMS, NPS for accounting and financial statements. - Collaborate with System Integrator and internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. - Ensure integration of Oracle ERP with existing LMS and other business systems. - Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report status to senior management. - Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues as they arise. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. - Manage project budgets and resources effectively. - Conduct user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing Oracle ERP implementation projects - Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes. - Experience with system integration and data migration. - Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus. - Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically in Loan Management Systems, is preferred.
