Notice Period : Immediate to 20 days. - Experience in GCP Services is a must Role Overview : As a Lead AI Engineer, you'll design, develop, and implement multi-agent AI architectures tailored to address complex business requirements. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, to deliver robust AI solutions that prioritize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of multi-agent AI architectures for specific business needs. - Communicate technical design considerations effectively to various stakeholders. - Develop efficient, modular, and scalable code in alignment with coding best practices. - Collaborate with customer teams and internal teams to drive project goals. - Document system designs, algorithms, and implementation details comprehensively. Primary Skills : - Programming : Proficiency in Python; experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow. - Cloud Expertise : Proficient in GCP services for application development and deployment. - Vertex AI : Experience with Vertex AI generative AI services, including Agent Builder, Search, and Conversational Agents. - Responsible AI : Familiarity with implementing guardrails for responsible AI to minimize hallucinations. - Scalability : Skills in designing scalable AI solutions with a focus on performance, cost, and accuracy. - Open Source AI : Knowledge of generative AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ragas, Langraph, and Langsmith. - ML/DL Concepts : Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI principles. - Code Quality : Proficiency in code testing for quality and optimization. Secondary Skills : - UI Design : Experience with Gradio, Streamlit, or similar frameworks. - DevOps : Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines. - Data Management : Familiarity with BigQuery, DataFlow, and CloudSQL.
